All failed for the last time I want to the teachers collage which was considered the third or fourth of my city that is best universities I've ever hard better than Harvard and Wharton I applied for Harvard for ten times all failed,thy don't want to see me . terrible ! I think that is the Normal life it was so difficult at the time I was so frustrated because I taught in the university my pay was 10$ a month
It was not easy but I believed that something is waiting for me there and I have to work hard to prove my self that was a tough experience I never thought I was a smart nobody believed that I could be successful because everybody say,this guy thinks differently think crazily you know think about something that will never work next nobody agree with me As I said,

I was (at).. first , I knew nothing about technology , I khew nothing about management but the thing is, you don't have to know a lot of things.you have a find the people who are smarter than are you for so many years.I always tried to find the people smarter than I am.and when you find so many smarter than people my job is to make sure that smart people can work together.and than if smart people can work together it's easier.the vision you believe. Because stupid people can work together easily.smart people can never work together!
When you are 20 to 30 years old . you should follow a good boss.join a good company to learn how to do things property when you are 30 to 40 years old .if you want to do something yourself ,just do it .you still can afford to lose.to fail.
but when you are 40 to 50 years old,my suggestion is that you should do things that you are good at.not do something that's is very interesting.i want to try something new.its a bit dangerous...more when you are 50 to 60 years old, spend time training and developing young people ,the next generation.when you are over 60 years old, you'd better stay with you're grandchildren.

I think globalisation can't be stopped nobody can stop globalisation nobody can stop trade .I think globalisation did a fantastic job in the past.30 years, enriched a lot of countries.but of course ,
